What is the return and exchange policy?

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
If you need to update your address or size after placing an order:

We will do our best to modify your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Modifications are not guaranteed.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders ship within 2-3 business days if pre-made
My product was damaged when I received it, what should I do?
Please contact us using our contact form at @support within 24–48 hours of delivery. We ask that you include clear images of the product(s) in question, along with the packing or invoice slip.
