Order Processing Times

  • Orders ship within 2–3 business days.

  • Processing times may be longer during high‑volume periods or product launches.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. 


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped:

  • Archive Noir is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages

  • We cannot refund or replace orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier

For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact support@archivenoir.co within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Include:

    • Clear photos of the damaged item

    • Photos of the packaging

    • Your order number

    • The packing slip/invoice

We will review your case on a case‑by‑case basis.
