Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately.


5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days if the product is premade

  • Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, location, or seasonal volume

  • Once shipped, Archive Noir is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

  • Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged, see Section 7.


6. Returns & Exchanges

Archive Noir does NOT accept returns or exchanges unless the delivered product is defective.

We handle defective items on a case‑by‑case basis.

To request a review:

  • Contact support@archivenoir.co within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Include detailed photos of the product and the packing/invoice slip

We reserve the right to approve or deny replacement requests.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Contact support@archivenoir.co within 24–48 hours

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Include your order number

We will assess the issue and determine next steps.


8. Order Modifications

If you need to update your address or size after placing an order:

  • Email support@archivenoir.co ASAP

We will do our best to modify your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Modifications are not guaranteed.


9. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional codes:

  • May have restrictions

  • Cannot be combined unless stated

  • Must be applied at checkout and cannot be added afterward


10. SMS Marketing
