No Returns or Exchanges
Archive Noir does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances unless the delivered product is defective.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or size exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered

Change of mind

Delayed shipments
All sales are final.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will review the issue case‑by‑case.
To qualify for a review:

Contact support@archivenoir.co within 24–48 hours of delivery

Include:

Clear photos of the defect

Photos of the packing slip/invoice

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

We reserve the right to approve or deny replacement requests based on the evidence provided.
If approved, we will issue a replacement of the same item. Replacements are subject to product availability.
Order Modifications
If you need to update your address or size after placing an order:

We will do our best to modify your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Modifications are not guaranteed.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped:

Archive Noir is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues

Processing Times
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days if the product is premade. Pre‑order items ship according to the estimated timeline listed on the product page. Processing times may be longer during high‑volume periods.
